Dr. Nelson founded Red Barn Lane Veterinary Clinic with a vision to provide exceptional equine care to the Colchester County community. With over 20 years of experience in equine medicine, she focuses on lameness evaluation and reproductive services. Her passion for horses began in childhood and has driven her commitment to advancing equine health throughout her career.
Darren Crowe
Practice Manager and Co-Founder
Darren manages the daily operations of Red Barn Lane Veterinary Clinic, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, client communications, and administrative functions. With over 30 years of involvement in the standardbred industry including many years of mare and foal care, Darren brings invaluable hands-on experience and a genuine care for both horses and their owners. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
